Jan Poustie, from Next Generation Publishing knew what PAK Communications could do for her when she contacted them. Jan has had no less than three websites designed by Pam Knight since 1998 when she first started marketing her books on Specific Learning Difficulties. This time was different though. Jan's previously highly successful business was struggling due to lack of marketing. Jan's daughter suffers from crippling ME/CFS and much of her time is now spent caring for her daughter's needs. Jan doesn't begrudge a minute of the time, but needs to keep the business going.

PAK redesigned the website and integrated an online shopping store so customers would be able to order her books at anytime of the day or night. The 24/7 access would help her manage her sales and precious time more efficiently.

PAK also put together a low-cost promotional package to help drive up her sales again, which included press releases, book reviews, direct mail campaigns and links to other outlets.

PAK will be working with Next Generation regularly now to help secure the future of this excellent little publishing house.
